Archies Online — delivery date is 19th jan ,but still the product is not shipped

I purchased a clock and a birthday card for my friend,
The seleceted delivery date is on 19-1-19, but unfortunately while hecking tracking id the product has not yet shipped 😑

The assurance given by archies is just a peice of..! I will never recommend archiesonline shoppingb to anyone
