Archies Online — fake product delivered beyond committed time and poor customer care service | |||
I have ordered an item with order number order no. : al[protected] on 14th 2019 expecting same day delivery as it was under same day delivery schema and paid 50 rupees extra charges for gift wrap. But i waited for the day and on 15th feb i requested to cancel my order as the significance of that order was no more but still they delivered the order on 15th. Product description Now the order was packed in polythene bag for which i paid extra charges and the quality was very poor. After some research found that the order came from some local shop (Cupid florist) without archies tag. I am highly disappointed from your services, products and customer care. I have placed prepaid order on 11th Feb which has to be delivered on 14th Feb. I have paid 50 rs shipping charges. Its 18th Feb today and it is not delivered yet and no updates on order. And not able to call customer care. And no response on emails and whatsapp. Its fake.
