Archies Online — faulty item received, refund or replacement expected | |||
I ordered a mug and a mom photo frame from archies online on 15th june, 2020 but the mom photo frame which i have received is faulty. The customer care number is not reachable. Also, i have tried on other numbers to contact but no one is responding. And i have already mailed my problem to the email: [protected]@archiesonline.com on 22nd june, 2020 but haven't received any response from them. I would like them to offer for a return and refund of the product or if possible offer for a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
