I placed rakshabandhan gift order for my brother in germany. However, the gift item is not trackable at all.
The dhl tracking number provided to us was actually being delivered in us and not germany! Tracking id shows it has been delivered.
I am not so annoyed that delivery was being delayed. I, as a customer, understand that during covid. However, what i do expect is that there should be some customer support or service to respond to our queries. The number provided on site has barred incoming calls, they keep on deleting our tickets we raise on their zoho platform, they put the high priority tickets on hold. Tell me why wouldn't i consider this if company to be fraud. Go ahead and read comments on social media to know how many customers have these people looted, i. E. Taken the money but never delivered the product.
C'mon, if you are not capable to provide correct tracking id or conformation on status, i have to say that they need to close the company, rather than running scams.
I am attaching the screenshot of their response, check the tracking number and look at the prompt response from dhl.
