I had ordered 2 items from here worth rs.2048 in jan. The item delivered (With its price tag) was different from both the items that i ordered. I checked with the support team and no response.
Finally, once i got hold of them via call, they said the dispatch tried to call me to report both the items were not in stock (There was no call but received or missed in my call log). I checked the price of the item that was delivered online and it was rs.650. I wrote to them again and they claimed the item cost rs.1123. I gave them the screen shot of their own website via email and finally they agreed to refund the rest of amount. It’s been 3 weeks since the email and i haven’t received the refund yet.
I write to their support team on a weekly basis, but no response. Called their hotline numerous times but no pick up. Was this information helpful? |
