I have placed an order for personalised photo MUG but i have received with wrong printing. Also your team has not entered the message which i have told them to put on that mug which was very imp also they have printed same picture twice on MUG.
I don't expect such mistakes from archies.
Below is the screenshot of my order placement where I have clearly mentioned my message.
So please look into the same & refund my money & tell me the procedure to return this MUG.
