I ordered a perfume with a card on 13th february 2020, the same has to be delivered on 14th february, but as the perfume was liquid one, they sent the package via road through dtdc, with a single reference number: d90758951. They tried to deliver on 20th february, but when the package arrived, it has only card in it, that's why we returned it as was missing the major item, perfume. I called the customer care of archies regarding the same. Initially no one was interested for taking the calls, then i commented on instagram that i will go. To consumer forum then they called me and asked me the scenario. I told them and they said that the perfume was liquid that's why they sent it via road, but as the perfume was missing they said that they will check once the package will arrived in the facility. Later on, they said that there were 2 parcels to be dispatched, one containing the perfume and other one the card. But i got a single reference number to track down the parcel. They were clearly lying, and were not ready to accept their mistakes. I recorded each and every calls of them, where they are saying two different things: 1st that both items were in the single package and 2nd after 1 week there were 2 parcels. They were rude. I asked to refund my money and they said either i have to take those items or they will issue some gift coupon/card, which is totally unacceptable for me as i don't want this chaos again. They are so busy in doing fraudulent activities that on twitter, instagram people are continuously asking for their purchased items and they do not even bother to reply or attend calls.
