Archies Online — Online order of Smart watch

The order was booked on 10th July and the order is not yet shipped. When sent multiple emails to [protected]@archiesonline.com, no response was received till now. I can neither cancel the order nor the order gets delivered. I dont even receive a reply from the customer support team. The helpdesk number isnt working.
