Archies Online — online personalized cards - delivery issue | |||||
I have ordered a card on 11th october 2017. After placing the order i got confirmation mail and delivery date of 16th october. On 16 october i didnt got any mail from archies and also not from their courier partner dtdc. Then for confirmation i called customer care executive but excecutive kept my call on hold for more than half an hour and disconnect the call without giving me any information and after that they didnt receive my call. This is worst online experience ever. Archies tagline "the most special way to say you care" is not at all suitable and it spoiled surprise gift to loved one on anniversary.
