Dear Sir, I am writing this complaint against archies just because of the very very unprofessional attitude of the delivery service of archies .This is to bring to your attention that I have made my online order on 21st of april and was promised to get my order delivered by 25th april. I would like to mention that I have placed my order for my first marriage anniversary which was on 28th april but got my order delivered on 29th. I think now this is of my No use as my all plan of giving the surprise to my husband is gone. Hence i request you to kindly refund my paid price or I will have to file up a complaint in court.
