The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th August, it hasn't been even shipped yet. I have been trying to reach your customer care for a while now and ofcourse it is not reachable/ stopped incoming calls.
If this is the case with your brand I don't think I'll purchase anything from Archies again. Please initiate refund for the same since the order's late delivery has no point now.

It has been over two and more weeks since the order hasn't been shipped, they have helped me place 4 tickets regarding the same and now showing the issue resolved but it hasn't been delivered. I need the refund ASAP. There's no point in delivery now since it contained food items and they must've gotten spoiled by now. Their customer care service is useless. I need my money back.
