Archies Online — Order No. AL[protected] | |||||
I was ordered on dt. 13th Dec. 2016 a wallet and Anniversary card with gift wrapped against above order. Same time payment was deducted with gift warp charges Rs. 50/-. After one day I received call from archies that the wallet is out of stock please choose another product for same price. I choose another product (photo frame). Order was delivered on 16th Dec. 2016 but without gift wrap for which I was paid. Now I calling customer care but still the amount was not returned. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered for flowers under order no AL[protected], which in not delivered and the status is shown as order completed, please refund the amount due to non delivery of product
