Hello, I had ordered a rakhi gift on 1st aug 2017, and the choose the delivery date to be 4th aug 2017. The order was delivered 2 days late, which is not at all professional. In that order there were suppose to be the following items: 2- rakhi 1- celebration chocolate box Roli, chawal 1 box of cashew 1 box of pista. First of all the order was delivered late, on top of that 1 box of pista is missing out of it. I tried calling your customer care regarding this matter but none of the numbers were available. My order no. AL[protected] was placed on 05 th Aug 2017 and expected date of delivery was 06 th Aug 2017. Today is almost 10 th Aug 2017. Not delivered anything and no response from help desk.Have sent couple of email to helpdesk. status of the order is same from last 4 days.Worst service.please avoid and refund the money

I have ordered rakhi and chocolates with order number AL[protected] on 31st july and selected the delivery date a 6th august but till date the rakhi had not reached to delhi.. have mailed in archies hepldesk twice but no response have mailed ... But I tried to called on customer care more than 10 times but no one pickups the call... Highly disappointed from such a good brand ... Recommend not to do online shopping from Archie's ever ever
