Archies Online — Order not delivered after online payment | |||||
I had ordered a gift for my friend on archiesonline and it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of February 2016 and the payment was done online and they had given me a confirmation code too. But not only the gift was not delivered, I kept calling the customer care number the following two days after waiting for nearly half an hour each and also after a query message that was sent to them, the customer care executive always promises me that the delivery will be made as soon as possible but still there is no action been taken to deliver the gift. It's actually very disappointing that a company like archies is showing a cold face to their customers and I really need to take my complaint heard that infuture such disappointments can be avoided and there will be a certain assured trust on online shopping Was this information helpful? | |||||
