I placed the order on: 25 may 2020 which was supposed to be delivered on 31st 2020 as mentioned on their website. It was supposed to be a gift for dear ones..

Till now, i have not received it and also there is no status of my order.

The customer care number does not work, i have also sent couple of emails to the helpdesk email but still no response.

I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life.. Worst customer service.. Will not rely again on archies anymore.

I want to cancel my order and want my refund. Dont want the product anymore. Pathetic service.
