I ordered a personalized gift for my sister's wedding anniversary and followed every instructions they asked for and it was promised to be delivered before the anniversary(on 6th February) and it wasn't received so after repeated calls(on 8th February) they promised to deliver it one day after the anniversary (on 10th). It wasn't delivery even then and again after calling they said it isn't ready. Today it's 11th and yet it isn't shipped. I even mailed at their customer care and there wasn't any revert. During this whole process no contact was made from their side about any problems and after repeated Complaints yet they don't care to contact or even refund the money. This was pure harassment from them, being a gift company they ruined someone's anniversary and yet not even a single contact was made. Was this information helpful? |
