Archies Online — Order not shipped a week later

The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th august, it hasn't been even shipped yet. I have been trying to reach your customer care for a while now and ofcourse it is not reachable/ stopped incoming calls.
If this is the case with your brand i don't think i'll purchase anything from archies again. Please initiate refund for the same or deliver the order as soon as possible.
