Archies Online — order placed but still not received the order which was a gift to someone.

I placed the order on 18th december 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 20th december 2019 as mentioned on their website. It was supposed to be a gift for dear ones..

Till now, i have not received it and also there is no status of my order.

I am following up with their customer service since past 1 week and i am not getting any single satisfactory response from their side. Also there is no reply to my mail since 1 week..

I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life.. Worst customer service.. Will not rely again on archies anymore.

From, past 1 week they are saying we will let you know in half n hour. Still there is no response. I want to cancel my order and want my refund. Dont want the product anymore. Pathetic service.
