Archies Online — Ordered two times but received only one

I had two ordered two items of same type but i got only one.I had raised a complaint through but no one replied back.very poor customer care.I had payed money before itself by card.According to there status on website it says that they had send me both order details order number-AL[protected] order date-21/07/2015 delivery date-29/07/2015
