I placed an order with Archie's for delivery to Singapore. The estimated delivery date was 1st June, but till now gift not delivered. I paid 4358 rs. For the gift which includes shipping charge of 561 rs.
Their customer service is pathetic . Customer care number is incoming barred, they are not responding to calls, not responding to emails, not responding to multiple tickets raised, not responding in Instagram, Facebook, twitter. I have tried every possible thing but in vain. In order status page, the status shows shipped with a bluedart tracking number. When contacted blue dart they said that the package was already delivered to Gurgaon Archie's store. I don't understand if package is to be delivered to Singapore then who received the package in Gurgaon !! I feel cheated, my money is gone ! Also it was a gift for my niece in Singapore. The kid is waiting for the gift. Trusting Archie's has been my biggest mistake ever !! Was this information helpful? |
