Archies Online — piece broke out in store and the asked me to pay the bill

On 31 december 2018, on my birthday, me and my daughter went to purchase a card, we went to archie's gallery in gip noida. Unfortunately a piece broke down in my row and they asked me to pay the bill. I was not aware whether it was my daughter's fault or not as they didn't show me the cctv footage and they forced me to pay one thousand rupees. I paid the bill there and saw that the piece itself has no balance and it was kept on upper shelf. My daughter is just seven and can't touch the piece that has been kept so high. Still one question in my mind. What is the damage policy of archie's?
