Archies Online — Poor customer service and item not delivered | |||||
Recently i ordered an item with order id:al[protected] to be delivered on 14th february 2017. But the item was not delivered and not only that if the product couldnt be delivered, i should have received a notification or a refund, which i dint recieve either. The order status showed 'printed and ready for packing '. This is absolute nonsense. I tried to contact the helpdesk but got no response. I used to be a frequent customer of archies but i lost all my confidence now Was this information helpful? | |||||
