Archies Online — Product not delivered yet but status is showing hand delivered

Order is not delivered to the person yet but I received a mail saying the product has been hand delivered. I have made a number of calls to given Delhi numbers and customer care numbers, but no one is responding to the calls.In the website they have provided customer help chat, but no response there also. Have sent mail request to the [protected]@archiesonline.com. Not received any reply...I am very much disappointed with your such worst service. Its not at all expected from archies. You have done such a fraud. Its sure that I am not going to buy anything from archies in future. Kindly refund the amount which I paid for the ordered item. Screenshots of the order details and order status have been attached herewith.
