Archies Online — Product not dispatched and disconnecting calls | |||||
I ordered rakhi for my brother to be dispatched at bangalore location. The order was booked on 30jul'16 with all payments done and it has not reached till 16 aug'16. Nobody from customer care is giving satisfactory response. Every time they just say this is your courier number use it to track your order. They think their responsibility is limited only to dispatching the product.in fact now they have started to disconnect my calls. Archies is worst at providing service and keeping their promises.
