Archies Online — Rakhi hamper | |||||
I would like to share a very bad experience with Archies online website. I have ordered a Rakhi hamper of Rs.399 with order #AL[protected] after discount on 1st aug, 2016 and the expected delivery date was 6th aug, 2016. I have called customer care around 15-16 times and whenever I call them, they ask for whole story and put me on hold and everyday same status as "your shipment has been delivered bangalore hub" but not delivered to the residential address yet. So, finally I asked for the refund but still they are asking me to wait for their product to return back then only they can refund the money as per their procedure. But, when I paid online successfully while placing an order then why should I wait for their procedure to get the refund. Also, I have not received any confirmation message/mail regarding refund.
