This is my order no. AL20170201-1313435, I placed it on 01/Feb/2017 and I selected the date of 14/Feb/2017, it would be received by selected date, but unfortunately it has not been received yet. I wrote many mails but there was no any response from your side and tried to contact with the phone number also but no one received the phone call. I am very disappointed with your service. Now I want my money back in any how.

Hi,
My order is AL20170210-1383824 Placed on 10 FEB2017 to deliver on 14FEB2017 for 1900 rs.But Items are not delivered and money deducted on 10FEB2017 itslef.I have sent 100 mails to them for clarification.NO reply till now.Money was not refunded and items not delivered till today..

Please do the needful.

Horrible Archie's Online and customer service...Crap...No one picks the phone at all!
