Archies Online — Regarding order not delivered

I haven't got the product which i ordered from the archies online website on 02 july 2020. I have paid the full amount through online payment mode.
When i tried to contact them on there customer care number, i. E., [protected], it is saying that the number does not have incoming service.
This is the kind of fraud they are doing, even there is no option for cancelling the order.
