Archies Online — Regarding wrong order delivered | |||
Team, This is to inform you that Archies Online is doing fraud to the customers. They are not delivering the same order what customer is ordering by Paying huge price. There are multiple orders i have placed through Archies in recent time. Below are the details First Order - I have placed an Order on 27th 2020 July having Order No - AL[protected] wort Rs 2811. The order consists of Rakhi with Chocolates and Dalmatian Pup Soft Toy. They did not send me any Rakhi. I have also raised a complaint to Archies Support, they are not replying on the same (Ticket No - #29336) In 2nd Order I have placed an Order on 29th July 2020 having Order No - AL[protected] worth Rs 830. The order consists of Multiple Rakhi's with Chocolates. The Rakhi which i have order was expensive and what i have received is not matching with the order I have placed and the quality is very poor. I have also raised a complaint to Archies Support, they are not replying on the same (Ticket No - #29845) Archies team is doing fraud to their customers.
