Archies Online — Registered Incorrect Order , despite calling and correcting sent the wrong order | |||||
I ordered a Rakhi gift for my brother from Archies online a Rasgulla hamper, celebrations and a coffee mug. First the website is so weird despite updating the quantities online while I did the payment it was showing two hampers and two celebrations. Apart from that I called them twice to correct the order and they said they have corrected and I will get an e-mail soon. But nor they sent me an email nor they edited the order and they delivered it the incorrect way only. I was upset because too much money was also charged and unnecessary I paid so much. I really wanna tell them if they are unable to do online services they should stop it rather than fooling innocent people and troubling them. I want them to refund my money for extra product they delievered and I paid for their mistake. Hello,
I called up yesterday to edit my order (AL[protected] and I was told I will be getting an email along with the edited order will be visible on my account within 45 minutes but none of these happened. I would like to know whether my order was updated or not.
If it is updated kindly send me an email and refund back my extra amount on my card and if not and you have sent the same order then I might have to take a strict action against Archies.
I hope you will cooperate with me and send me the status of my order soon.
