I had placed 4 orders for rakhi to be sent out to my brothers.
Two of the orders were sent out on time but the rakhi that was ordered is different from what was delivered. We are paying them based on the prod displayed and they deliver any rakhi of your choice for my brother? And no notification on that?
I had ordered photoframe to be sent along with rakhi for my bro, and the photo was sent to them via email. But when it was delivered, its a black and white photo. I mean everything they will decide on what will be delivered but want the consumer to pay for their wish?
Is that even right? And especially for raksha bandhan occasion, ppl staying in abroad/far from each other select each and every item with emotions in it and you play with them?
I really need a reply from your end who is the decisionmaker and why the right prod are not delivered? If the prod is not available, please do not advertise wrong info on ur site just to attract people. Was this information helpful? |
