Archies Online — unable to contact customer care to cancel the order

I ordered a product morning on 14th feb 2020, as it was showing same day delivery n also it accepted same day delivery date but found that product was not at all dispatched even by the end of the day.
Please do the needful in cancelling the order before it's dispatched

I tried to contact customer care (Screenshots attached) to cancel order but it was either busy or not answered. I have mailed to helpdesk also.
