Archies Online — Very worst customer service and delivery | |||
I have ordered a personalized mug and cake gift in Archies online one week back, as per description of the order, I have sent my high resolution picture immediately on the quoted email address and confirmed the receipt by calling their customer care. After one day I received an email failure notification for that sent address, And I called customer care, they said they have not received my pic, when I queried about the confirmation which I got from their representative on customer call, no reply for that, again they gave one more email id and asked me to send the pic, next day I got a reply that the attached pic was not received, then I replied to that same email id but my message got failed, like this they have taken 3 days, which clearly indicated that they won't deliver my product on expected date, same happened, still they have not delivered the product, at least they could have deliver the cake but nothing happened. Simply I can say about their service- If you order anything on here for any special day, definitely you can expect the delivery after 2 days of that special day, so for Pongal, you have to order the product on Diwali so that it will get deliver on Pongal.
