Archies Online — wrong product received, customer care not responding

I have ordered below mentioned order

Unique accessory gift hamper for valentine's day
But i received wrong item which was a shaving kit.
I also added a note while ordering it but it was not present in the order delivered.

I am highly disappointed with archies as i ordered this product on 16th february and it seems like they have sent completely different product without informing me.

I am not able to return the item also as you can see in my order details it is still showing status as packed.
I want my money back or correct product asap.
