Archies Online — wrong product received, customer care not responding | |||
I have ordered below mentioned order Order no. : al[protected] Ordered on:[protected]:00 pm Unique accessory gift hamper for valentine's day But i received wrong item which was a shaving kit. I also added a note while ordering it but it was not present in the order delivered. I am highly disappointed with archies as i ordered this product on 16th february and it seems like they have sent completely different product without informing me. I am not able to return the item also as you can see in my order details it is still showing status as packed. I want my money back or correct product asap. I have just ordered having order no (AL[protected] to Noida, Teddy with flowers but just send wrong colour item without any preconfirmation regarding colour. I also tried many times over their customer care no but always got response all lines are busy.Just ruined my occasion gift. Just want refund of my money
