I had ordered gift for my Valentine on 5th Feb via website archiesonline.com.
I ordered early since I wanted it to be delivered on time (in my case i wanted delivery date to be 12th Feb).
I had ordered two items via Order number AL[protected].
1) Couple figurine
2) Personalised wooden plank
I had given clear instructions on how to personalise wooden plank also.
On 8th Feb I called again to check the status and it was confirmed that everything is OK and product will be delivered on time.
Later on 12th Feb Product was not delivered and I had to wait till 17th to get delivery of my Product which ruined the Valentine surprise.
Also on receiving the product, it was seen that I had received a different Couple figurine and that too in damaged condition(Image attached).
Also the wooden plank was not Customised according to the instructions given by me.
To avoid confusion, I had also asked for preview of the wooden plank before it goes for printing. But in spite of repeated call and mail requests the preview was not provided and they did personalisation of the product wrongly.
Hence I want action to be taken against the company and get complete monetary refund for the product.
