In my CIBIL report, I have observed a wrong loan(A/C: [protected]) from ARCIL tagged to my account. When I reached out to ARCIL on this, they confirmed that this loan is related to another person(with similar but not same name) but not me.
As this is wrongly reported and tagged me it to my CIBIL account, this impacted my CIBIL score and hence impacted the Rate of interest that I need to pay to my loans. Also this blocked me to take loans due to personal emergency. This also made me very stressful.
Hence I am expecting some compensation on this as this made me very stressfull as the core reason for this is the issue with the ARCIL.
