In my CIBIL report, I have observed a wrong loan(A/C: [protected]) from ARCIL tagged to my account. When I reached out to ARCIL on this, they confirmed that this loan is related to another person(with similar but not same name) but not me.

As this is wrongly reported and tagged me it to my CIBIL account, this impacted my CIBIL score and hence impacted the Rate of interest that I need to pay to my loans. Also this blocked me...

Arcil sent me a notice about payment of a loan which they have bought from bajaj finance and without any working, they are asking to pay rs. 62 lakhs against a loan which bajaj has not fully disbursed....

I condemn the act of the arcil company that has caused us mental tension. Apparently, i wanted to take loan for my personal purposes but my cibil showed that they are showing auto loan active on my name because of which i am unable to proceed with my loan application.in addition to this, i never had any connection with this company nor had taken any loan. ARCIL brought an auction notice for a office 301, 5th floor, chanderlok complex, Birhana Road, Kanpur. The reserve price was 23 lakhs. And office was around 1500 Sq Ft. Any office in Birhana Road at this price tempted me to bid for the auctio and hence I contacted ARCIL for physically visiting the office.
