It was a very bad experience sending flowers through Arena flowers. They sent flowers wrapped in a news paper. Will never again send anything through them. Our money got totally wasted. On first day they tried to deliver something which did not match the photograph of the product on their site, after we called them they took it back and said they will resend the product as in photograph . Then they called us and said they won't be able to drliver the product as described and asked us to choose some other product. So we agreed and choose some flowers. But we were shocked when flowers came wrapped in a newspaper the next day for delivery. Really very bad experience. We will never again order anything from Arena Flowers. We feel cheated.
