On 29th november 2023, i have booked a cake + flowers( order no.[protected] on the occasion of birthday and paid amount of rs. 1659/ to m/s. arena flowers and requested to deliver the ordered items on 30th november 2023 at ottapalam – kerala –pin code 679101.
while booking / placing the order i had given the full address with correct pin code. after delivery confirmation only i had paid the amount and confirmed the order.
on 30th morinig arena flowers had sent a e- mail citing that they are unable to delivr the ordered items to the given address and informed to provide alternate address to deliver the same.
as it is birthday occassion cake and flowers had to be delivered to the given address as there was failure from arena flowers, i informed them that i am unable to provide alternate address, if the delivery is not possible to the given address – cancel the order and return the amount.

on 4th december 2023 arena flowers sent a redeem voucher and informed to redeem the same within one year.
as arena flowers had utterly failed to delivery the ordered stuff to the cofimed address and failed to return the amount.
as the fault is from arena flowers. end. when they cannot delivery the ordered material, why they have confirmed and payment was collected.

arena flowers had utterly failed to give service .it is nothing but dereltion of service and breach of trust.

.fault is not from my end. as arena flowers are unable to deliver to the address given by me, without any option i had cancelled the order.

they are witholding my money and not answering my calls ( arena flowers contact mob no.[protected]

as i had lost faith with arena flowers and do not have any plans in the near future to redeem the amount from them. i need full amount of rs. 1659 return.

Ordered two bouquets to be delivered to the same address on the same day. Please see attached pictures to note what was promised and what was delivered. There was no way to get in touch with the company to follow their cancellation/ refund policy as they do not answer the phone nor have they bothered to reply to several emails sent to them, letting them know that the delivery was unacceptable. They were quick to accept the order and the INR 5000 but do not think they need to keep up their end of the agreement. They deserve to be sued and shut down for their false practices and duplicity. What cheats! I was so embarrassed to give such terrible flowers as a gift.

This company needs to be sued. I ordered two premium bouquets from them for the same address delivery on the same day. What they sent looked nothing like what I ordered. They were unreachable by phone and they did not reply to any of the emails I sent them. Their refund/cancellation policy is bogus. The whole company deserves to be taken to court for cheating customers out of their money. INR 5000 down the drain

Ordered flowers for my husband on Valentine's day with the belief that they will be delivered on the same day i.e. 14th Feb because that's what the site said "Flowers for Valentines day". On 15th Feb the customer care tells me that somewhere in micromini size text it was written on the billing page that the flowers will get delivered in 2 business days.
After that, they tell me that they have delivered the flowers to my address which I never received. On multiple follow-ups and asking for refund they partially refund my money(No idea as to why only partial when they couldn't even deliver the order at all) in the form of Arena flowers gift card which implies I will have to order again from this unprofessional website to use whatever money of MINE they have refunded which I can never even dream of so eventually, my 700 Rs went completely down the drain.

Arena flowers is a pathetic flower delivery company, who failed to deliver an order paid for in full. For Mother's day 2021, I ordered 4 bouquets from 3 different vendors to be delivered to different cities of India. All of them delivered beautiful bouquets and on time, except Arena flowers.
When asked why no delivery was made, they seem to be initially at a loss for words. But soon found composure to act smart and use excuse of Pandemic.
Honest and truth be told, all other vendors delivered under worse lock-down conditions yet did an excellent job.
Arena flowers lackadaisical attitude warned me not to do deal with them in future. But when asked for refund they quoted some 'fine-print' when placing order that if they fail to deliver, they will not only not refund amount charged instead provide 'credit voucher?' So this terrible company is holding customers hostage. And will not provide reasonable customer service yet indemnified themselves against refunds. Total fraud and victim of double-whammy!

I ordered some flowers online yesterday through arena flowers services the delivery was scheduled today in hyderabad, which was not done and iam unable to contact them... I got an email regarding the confirmation of order and payment was done... Why they have to accept the payment in the first place?? Is this some kind of scam... Given the situation and taking this for their advantage and stealing money??? This is outrageous. I would like to report this or atleast give my money back.

It was a very bad experience sending flowers through Arena flowers. They sent flowers wrapped in a news paper. Will never again send anything through them. Our money got totally wasted. On first day they tried to deliver something which did not match the photograph of the product on their site, after we called them they took it back and said they will resend the product as in photograph . Then they called us and said they won't be able to...

I have placed an order # ar[protected] with arena flowers and i have chosen a specific delivery time 9-2pm, since 1pm i was following with them, at 1pm they sent me mail stating it is out for delivery, and till 9pm i had called and mailed them multiple times and they didn't had any details about the delivery person every time i called i was told it will reach within 1hour and it never reached till 10pm, at 9pm when their call center closes they gave the details of pune person who handles the delivery and he said that he wont be able to deliver before 11pm to office address and our office closes at 6pm. And even after continuous follow up the order was delivered at mid night and that too the arrangement was truly bad, i had included extra vase in order to make arrangement look beautiful and instead of doing arrangement in vase they handed over vase separately. It was the most worst experience i've ever faced. No one called us from arena flowers for delay, i have sent multiple mails and no one responded and i have called multiple times and they sent same thing that it is out for delivery and they didn't had any idea about where the delivery person.

I ordered for a midnight delivery (With additional charges) which arena flowers did not deliver neither did they inform me (My contact number & email id was mentioned).

When i called customer service next day their reply was their team called the receiver but couldn't get over phone. My friend did not get any call actually.

Then i requested to deliver fresh flowers 2 days later, but they said after 2 days they will deliver those same old flowers.

They didn't even attempt to deliver the order, neither would they cancel it nor did they try to deliver fresh flowers.

I have placed an order on 14th feb for some one special who was leaving the organization the same day. The order was placed for a different city and for an organization based in india. I called the customer service 89 times the same day and emailed the customer service as well however no response. At last i got an email from arena flowers that the order status has been changed to processing. Another email dropped in my email stating that due to high demand, there is a delay in processing the order. I called the customer service regularly on 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th however no one answered the call and no response on email. On 16th i received another email stating that we were not able to deliver the request and need your support for the same. I replied the same day that i cant support the company and i need my refund. I received another email stating that i refused the order which came on 16th however i received the call on 17th. Another fake mark on the company where the data they have is not correctly placed and they are telling the customer that they are fake. I called the customer service on 19th (1st call) and the first person answered my call was max, he was talking to me as he is the head of the department, he was talking over me and was not able to understand me at all and at last he hung up the call on my face. I was continuously asking him to make me speak to the manager and he denied and told me that no manager is available. I called again and spoke to isha sharma (2nd call), i asked her to make me speak to the manager and she also told me the same thing that she will raise the concern to the concerned team and they will call me back. I told her that i cant wait as i am super frustrated and i want to speak to the manager right now. Same answer that no manager is available right now to answer the call, they are not in office right now. I asked isha that the entire operations is running without a superior person which is not possible. She disconnected the call telling me that she will arrange a call back for me. 3rd call was again to max where he just answered my call and told me that he cant repeat himself again that no managers are available right now and hung up the call. 4th call was answered by divya, when i asked her tp make me speak to the manager, she asked me to wait and she will try and transfer the call. She placed my call 3 times and attempted to transfer the call. Finally she also said the same thing that no manager is available right now to answer the call and i have to wait and disconnected the call. I called again (5th call), isha answered my call and said that no manager is available right now to talk to the customers and she will arrange a call back. I called again (6th call), this time again max answered my call and said that no manager is available right now and was talking over me again and again. I asked him to make me understand what position he is working right now, because the way he is talking to me seems that he is the head of the operations and he placed my call after that for 17 min and disconnected my call. Called again (7th call), this time my call was answered by priya and she also said that there is no manager available to answer my call and she will arrange a call back.

I am investing my time to call the company again and again and there is no manager available to talk to the customer and listen to my frustration and understand what these guys are doing over the phone, how they are talking to the customer and how professionally they are treating the customers.

I am going to take this matter very seriously and i will take this to the highest level. To all the social media channels and do whatever possible from my end to teach you guys a lesson on how to treat your customers. I am not doing job for your guys and you are not paying me for calling you again and again and listen to the crap from your mouth.

I refused the order because the person is not there any more and i am not working in noida location to accept the order. I cant take the flowers for anyone unknown.

I need my refund and i am very clear on this and you have take action against max who is pathetic on calls and done know that we are the customer and we are paying you for the services and same money is utilized to pay their salary

I have received the bouquet i ordered and was thoroughly disappointed. The actual bouquet was not even close to the picture on the website... And the flowers were also drooping and the foliage was so drab... For your reference the order number is # arxxxx355020.

I am enclosing the picture on your website and the actual bouquet received. Although i understand that there could some variations... This was not expected... It looks so mediocre and the arrangement is so totally different.

There is only positive feedback on the website... No space for dissent.

What do they actually define a "same day delivery".

If they have a order placement timing cut off for same day delivery, why was it not informed while billing, why was it not informed in the order statement given. Why was the order changed to processing and giving us a misleading message that it will be delivered same day.

How come did they charge me 8:00 pm to 11 pm timing delivery charges. (Rs. 252) when they know that you have a timing cut off and the order is not gonna go out on that time and date.

They have ruined my plan, and ruined my name in front of the person i hoped to receive a happy smile.

In short, you have cheated me in all terms possible. Post demanding an explanation, all they have to say is your order is placed late in evening and thus delivered next day morning. There is no answer/explanation from them regarding the mis leading time shown on order copy and collecting money for specific delivery time even though it is delivered next day morning. I have waited for almost 20 days for them to answer back.

I am writing in to register a complain against arena flowers india (Arenaflowers.co.in). I had ordered a bouquet (On september 4, 2017) the picture of the website had a lavish packing and light colored flowers, but the one which was delivered was just a normal bouquet with a plastic covering. Any local florist would have given me that normal bouquet for 300 -500 rs, whereas the i had paid rs1062.2 rs which is a huge amount for a normal bouquet! I had used their service earlier in 2014 and they had goofed up my order even then, delivering the order with the incorrect message.

I have written to the support centre ([protected]@arenaflowers.co.in) on this email id voicing my concern but have not received any response as yet

I ordered a door delivery of flower and the order specifies it will deliver within 2 pm on 14th Feb. While online payment, they clearly said it will be delivered as mentioned and you can contact customer care to track

The Order tracking shows as if it is delivering but nothing happened. There was no delivery and the money paid also not returned, All the customer care and helplines are all offline.

The Online site seems to be fraud and cheating people across India
