I ordered flowers from https://www.arenaflowers.co.in/ for my friend's birthday. i paid 455 rs .these people send stale flowers to my friend and also altered my message card. i mentioned some details in sender's column and didn't wish to reveal my name to other members of my friend's family members but arena flowers send stale flowers with altered message and ruined my privacy and didn't admit their mistake and refused to pay refund back. i'm highly disappointed with their services. my order no. is AR[protected]
