Hi,
I have booked a order for flower delivery on 7feb, 2018 for rs.524.30.
They promised to deliver by 14:00, but they failed.
When i call on their customer support number same day in the evening to know the reason of failure, number not getting connected, i tried it many time.
Next day their web site show different customer support number i called them and ask about the same, their representative said it will...

I ordered flowers from https://www.arenaflowers.co.in/ for my friend's birthday. i paid 455 rs .these people send stale flowers to my friend and also altered my message card. i mentioned some details in sender's column and didn't wish to reveal my name to other members of my friend's family members but arena flowers send stale flowers with altered message and ruined my privacy and didn't admit their mistake and refused to pay refund back....
