Aricel — Sim activation - [protected]

I purchased a new sim from a local seller (Mobile no: [protected]). After the verification i am asked to do a frc (First time recharge). This has happened twice. I have recharged twice. The customer account executive (59059) told me that the sim is activated, but still the sim is not working. I can see the network connection but unable to make calls.

After several rounds oc calling to 59059, the customer account executive told me to go to any aircel service centre. I am new to chennai and unable to find the service centres. I have escalated to the customer service, but received no response until today.
