Arihant — Didnt receive my order

I have ordered a book named gate tutor mechanical . the order date was 15th june 2020. the book should have arrived on 22 june but still now i havent been made contact by the seller nor the courier service.
no notification about my order is being supplied . moreover when im trying calling then they are not receiving the call.
once they picked up the call and said to call 2 hr later stating net is not working.
when i called 2 hr later they didnt pick up the call.
they are also not responding to my emails.

i have paid the money for the book in advance through debit card. there is no response from the seller and i ddont understand what to do next.

please help me regarding this as my money is taken by them and im finding no way out.
