Dear sir/ madam

I had received my hdfc fast tag from Arihant on 19 Oct 19 . Even after so many follow ups I could not able to register my fast tag. Am trying to activate within myself .I understood without wallet id I could not proceed further.
Am asking above supplier but no response.
People should give at least value for time.
But here we already lost my money and even time.
Please help or suggest me how to move further.
