I ordered 3 books from arihant for rupees 1438 on 21st may and did not receive the books even after 8 days and cancelled my order and called many times for my refund but they dont pick the call, one day they picked the call and said i will get my refund in 2-3days but i had not recived my refund yet, its been 25 days i ordered my books.

I ordered 5 books from arihant for rupees 990 on 27th April and did not receive the books even after 22 days, So I cancelled my order on 19th May and called many times for my refund but they never pick the call, But one day they picked the call and said i will get my refund within 2-3 days but i had not received my refund yet, its been 50 days I ordered my books.
