I ordered book on feb 15 and then they assigned product Shadowfax courier, shadofax show every twice day i am unable to deliver, or delivery attempt failed, i contcat so many times shadowfax and ariant, both have no direct customer support, i contact both from isntagram account but there is no reply from last 10 days. i am asking for refund but still bo refund. I am waiting for my exam books and this type issue happen with me and main thing...

I had orderd the 2 books of arihant publications of agniveer vayu group-y with order id: -21086jx44387 and ordered the books on 6th may2025 from the official website of arihant publications. They took the money firstly, and said that we will delivered the books within 3 days they took my details and today is 23rd may and they had showed me that the order is out for delivery, but they are unable to deliver the books within the promise days and by this reason i am very frustrated and upset.I can't study for my upcoming exam, and they didn't show me about refund process.The helpline no. And site didn't work and they didn't answer me and help me about my problem.Could you please made my refund, or deliverd the books.I am very pleased to hear if you had helped me about my problem.I am very sensitive and if they didn't deliver or refund, i had no other option to took a strong decision.That's all.

I placed an order on Arihant’s official website on 29 April 2025, and the delivery is still pending. The tracking status has been stuck at “In Transit, ” and the estimated delivery date keeps getting postponed every few days without any proper update.It’s been too late now and even I am not able to cancel my order.

I emailed their official support IDs and tried calling all phone numbers listed on the website. None of the calls go through. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I request that the order be delivered immediately or a full refund be processed without further delay.

In your book of cgpsc general studies paper 1 ..some pages are not found i.e. between page no. 122 to 139 . please solve it

There is a mistake in chemistry pg.no 54 Q.no 6 and repeatation in biology of pg.no 295 and one more mistake in 292 2nd point but one line

The question no of 47 chapter name periodic table pg no ( 60 )
The answer is wrong. Correct option is b according to your book correct option given a so kindly change it !!!

There are many mistakes in book o[censored]gc net environmental science... Content is not sufficient for net Exam... Answer are wrong...

I brought a book of GATE from arihant publication and whn studying from the book, I found several wrong words and then the answers of more than 50% questions for the MCQ in exercise were wrong .

Incorrect answers provided for mcq. Have to look for Google time and again

I had bought the Arihant book . For bhu bcom entrance preparation and it is having the wrong answes of mcqs.

I bought a '42 years' chapterwise topicwise solved papers[protected] IIT JEE Mathematics' by Amit M. Agarwal. About 65 pages are missing in the book from page 120 to 185, due to which I am unable to cover the topics given in it. The book is untouched and is as new as before. Please consider my problem and give me an immediate replacement or provide me with the online version of the book. Looking forward to your kind reponse.

Wrong answers are given for MCQs. Time and again have to check the answers from Google. What is the use of buying a book. In some questions even the correct option is not given. Not expected

Purchased IBPS CRP - IX Bank clerk main from the shop near my locality and address as follows, plot No.35-36, Shop No.19, Neelkanth Pride, Sector-42 A Banubai Tandel Bazar Marg Seawoods, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706, India.

The book is a duplicate copy as I realized after carefully going through it many spelling mistakes are there as well as there is no hologram on the book.

I have purchased chemistry all in one class 12 th edition 2020-21 for Rs 550/- and during course of study it is found that book does not bears the page no. 239 to 302 of chapter Coordination Compounds and page no. 303 to 366 are printed twice.

I bought this book for B.ed JEE exam 2020.In this book, a solved previous year question paper is given and a lot of answers and their explaination is wrong. I have to cross check all the answers from the internet. How am
I supposed to recheck all the answers when I have my exam within a week.I am highly disappointed with this book and have no idea how bad is it going to effect my exam as i didn't study from any other book. Never going to recommend this to anyone. These publications need to be more responsible .

I order a book cost 345 and i don't receive it and i had already paid online for it. Now on site it is showing that book had been delivered but haven't receive any book. And i call customer care but no one was responding and i also mail them but no response from there side. I want my money back or book. Please don't cheat customer otherwise we have power to ban ur all books and we will make sure that not buy ur book in future worts service.

I orderes 4 books from arihantbooks.com online and did the payment for the same of amount rupees 1457 on date 9 June 2020 and was shown the expected delivery to be on 14-16 june 2020 but till now I haven't received any of the book or any confirmation of order from their end it was still showing pending in the order status and so I cancelled the order because its taking alot of time and no confirmation that weather I will receive the order or not. I cancelled the order but there is no information about the refund of the money I paid.

I ordered 3 books from arihant for rupees 1438 on 21st may and did not receive the books even after 8 days and cancelled my order and called many times for my refund but they dont pick the call, one day they picked the call and said i will get my refund in 2-3days but i had not recived my refund yet, its been 25 days i ordered my books.

Mene ek book order kari thi arihant website se mene online payment kari thi par koi delivery ka response nahi aya to mane order cancel kar diya but 1 month se upper ho gya payment walas nahi aya

I am buy this book but in this book many correction are there so plz correct this book and then publish.
Book are the important part of life so published the right information and we are the future of india
Example for correction:-on page 131 exponential growth it is j shape structure but you are written as s shape structure and in same page logistics growth it is s shaped structure but you are written as s shaped structure.
I am see ncert then i will tell you to correct this book

I have purchased chapterwise solved previous year question book of all three subjects (Physics chemistry and maths) but the book is not changed it is same as previous year. Only the upper cover is changed the content is same as the last 2 years published books. This is like waste of money for the students buying new books for the questions of year 2018 and 2019. Since the book does not contains questions from the year 2018 and 19 it is total waste of money. This is fraud. Arihant publications is making us fool. I want to know why??

I bought this book about a week ago. It is full of errors and printing mistakes. This is not professional. It is misleading. I could sue this company for printing wrong information. I either wish to be reimbursed or the book to be replaced with the corrected one. Each and every page is filled with errors, not one or two. In most pages, the scientific information is also wrong.
