I paid for 1 Year extended warranty on 10th dec 2020 for my deskjet 5821 printer, but i didn't get any warranty card/certificate. I send the mail regarding this for 3 times, but no response from DEVd mail. My printer got complaint on sep 2021, when I try to contact hp customer service, they said that my printer don't have any warranty, From last 3 months i tried different ways to solve my issue. But nothing happen . Now hp manager told that ARM info serv lmt don't paid money to hp, if they paid care pack certificate will resgister for my product. What i have to do now?
