I paid for 1 Year extended warranty on 10th dec 2020 for my deskjet 5821 printer, but i didn't get any warranty card/certificate. I send the mail regarding this for 3 times, but no response from DEVd mail. My printer got complaint on sep 2021, when I try to contact hp customer service, they said that my printer don't have any warranty, From last 3 months i tried different ways to solve my issue. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

De-Frauding Customer by Mis-Selling
I was contacted by a Sales Exec from ARM Infoserve India (P) Ltd. in Nov. beginning for an extended 2 year warranty for Rs 5500.00. On confirming from the Sales Exec I was told it is for 2 years. An agent came to my residence to collect the cheque on 14th Nov '09 and issued a reciept stating that the extended warranty was for 2 years.
