Ordered 1 semi stitched dresses but they send very cheap and used sarees (1 nos.) my order no #31883 instead of arrivals fit i rcvd from company angel's fashion

Contact details mentioned are incorrect too...2 numbers are mentioned but none is working.
I tried calling them but number is also wrong and filled the refund and return form also but nothing is working. I am not getting message for the refund and return initiated.
Please take action asap.
