[Resolved]  Art Of Jodhpur / Artofjodhpur.com — Not given the delivery of my order till now

I placed an email order to Mr.Sushil (website artofjodhpur.com) for the delivery of a 6-seater sofa set on February 6th, 2014, with a delivery date of March 2nd, 2014 via Mr.Sushil (Contact: [protected]). I have paid an advance of Rs.6800. However, the furniture has not been delivered yet. After many phone calls, it has been confirmed by Mr. Rajeev (Supervisor, Contact: [protected]) that the item has been despatched from Jodhpur through truck no RJ19GJ1682 (Driver's mobile no: [protected]) on March 11th, 2014.
However, I am yet to receive the same and none of the phone numbers traceable.

I would request the forum for necessary guidance and action in the matter.
