Yesterday i requested for appointment of dr sima dhir md, but the person refused to give appointment saying that dr seema does not check cghs patients. Appointment can be given for some junior doctors like dr gorav. Appointment is never given for seniors doctors in all units. Why indescriminate with cghs senior citizen. Dr. Seema Dhir took 1500 rupees for a Video call and has no humanity.
1. Money was deducted as I booked the last night
2. Doctor was not available on time, I had to call the hospital and had to get her time after an hour from the booking time
3. She didn't gave 5 minutes as she was in hurry to give the medicine didn't has time to listen to the problem.
Now when we are connecting to her PA Mr. Vipin to get the next steps of covid 19 medication there is no response.
Such doctor are shame in form of humanity as she denied to check my mom and dad who was tested covid 19. She asked for 2 different bookings to get consulted. This is the type of doctors Artemis gurgaon has.
They only are concerned about Money and nothing else.
I can give the full details about my patient and how she treated even after paying A bomb amount for a video call which is 1500 rupees.
Does a 5 minute call do justice to 1500 rupees in this corona time??
